About Us
TLC Alert Nursing and Home Care Services is a privately family-owned staffing agency founded in 1995 and headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. With almost three decades of experience, TLC Alert specializes in providing experienced and professional Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), and Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to healthcare facilities and private clients throughout Ontario. We work with healthcare institutions of all sizes to help fill nursing shortages, improve the quality of care, and maintain a positive and productive environment.
As of January 2024, we are excited to share that TLC Healthcare has joined TLC Alert Nursing. Together, we are TLC Alert Nursing and Home Care Services. This joining of forces has grown our nursing and PSW team and has expanded our compassionate caregiving services across Simcoe/Muskoka and Parry Sound. We welcome our clients in the North as well as our integrated TLC Healthcare team and look forward to this growing relationship.

Retirement Homes:

Primary Care:
Our RNs offer primary care services in remote nursing stations with limited resources, addressing the unique challenges of healthcare provision in these areas.
Home Care and Private Duty:
We offer PSWs for one-on-one assignments in clients' homes, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and household tasks. Our services are flexible, including on-call and 24/7 support, ensuring clients receive the care they need when they need it.
