What We Need

​

Documentation:

• Proof of Education from an accredited institution

• PSW applicants: PSW certificate recognized by the Province of Ontario

• RPN, RN and NP applicants: Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 6 months to 12 Months

• Evidence of a negative TB test within the last 12 months

• Current CPR/First Aid certificate

• Up to date immunization record

• WHMIS

• N95 Respiratory Mask Fit Certificate

• Valid Driver’s license and Reliable Transportation for long distance assignments

• Proof of Work Authorization in Canada
