Required Documentation

To join our team, you will need to provide the following:

Proof of education from an accredited institution
PSW applicants: PSW certificate recognized by the Province of Ontario
RPN, RN, and NP applicants: Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 6 to 12 months)
Evidence of a negative TB test (within the last 12 months)
Current CPR/First Aid certificate
Up-to-date immunization record
WHMIS certification
N95 Respiratory Mask Fit Certificate
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for long-distance assignments
Proof of work authorization in Canada
