HOME CARE SERVICES

Private Duty Nurses and Personal Support Workers allow for loved ones to live at home while receiving the care they require. They compliment traditional in-home caregivers and give family members peace of mind. We will create a customized and flexible plan and provide the proper staff according to your loved ones needs.

2. Skilled Nursing Care - An alternative to a skilled nursing facility performing tasks such as:

3. Post-Hospitalization Care - We can ease your loved one’s transition from        the hospital or rehabilitation facility to home, which can lead to a safer, more        comfortable recovery.

4. Care for Bed-ridden clients – Providing care for those who require 24/7 care, whether long-term        or short-term.

5. Pregnancy and New Mom Care – Providing care and assistance to new mothers during                    pregnancy and after childbirth including:

  • Physical pregnancy difficulties                                                                                                                                    

  • Difficulties with an Unborn Baby,                                                                                                                                        

  • C-Sections (Pre and Post),                                                                                                                                                 

  • Caregiving in case of normal or extended bed-rest,

6. Companionship and Home Helper - Activities and social engagement, meal preparation, grocery      shopping, errands & appointments, light housekeeping, social activities, neighborhood walk.

7. Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care - Managing behaviors, encouraging engagement, assisting with              Activities of Daily Living, keeping seniors safe.

 

8. Accident and Injury Patient Care – Assisting those who are in the recovery process.

9. Live-in Care - We provide Live-in Care services to individuals who      may have more complex needs requiring round-the-clock care. The        Caregiver assigned provides personal, social and domestic in-home      care and supervision at a level which is appropriate for your family        member.

10. Light Housekeeping - Provide clients with light housekeeping assistance such as doing laundry,          vacuuming, washing dishes, meal preparation, and other home management activities, to enable          your loved one to remain in a safe, clean and healthy home environment.
